Hello Yugal ,
I'd like to inform you that since last year , not that many things have changed in MBBS system of Maharashtra. The only change is that NTA is going to conduct NEET starting from this year. So, you can't say anything about the toughness of the paper they're going to prepare.
As starting from this year, NTA is going to be conducting the NEET examination. They've made 85% home state reservation in every state and 15% for other state category students. Previously it was also 85-15 in Maharashtra. So, the situation for home state category students remains same.
Now, about the marks you should secure; there's nothing anyone can say for sure, as the toughness of the NEET paper is fairly responsible for the cutoff. Still assuming last years toughness, for an OBC candidate you must score a minimum of 490 just to be safe you'll get a seat.
If you want to get into some renowned and better govt college than you need to score above 500 marks.
