MY CATAGORY IS GEN(PH). MY GATE SCORE IS 515 in ECE. Can i get PSU or any IIT for M.Tech. If yes then which branch/IIT is better placement wise ?

Hello ,
You can apply for IIT roorkee, IIT Mandi, IIT jodhpur , IIT gandhinagar. You can apply for low ranked IIT campus. You can also apply for government college who offers PG program. You can't change branch in specialization. You have to choose domain from ECE only. There is no other way to pursue a course from other branch.
You have good score and if you have any reservation then it will help you in a big factor by providing you a high number of college option.
