my catagory rank is 194 and i am a pwd candidate ,can i got iit Kharagpur??

According to the rank mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into IIT Kharagpur even with PwD reservation quota and as you have not provided your category name so it's little bit difficult to guide you with an accurate information..
