my category is obc ncl. what documents are required at the time of counseling and admission through josaa and does the documents like caste certificate etc. need to be of central government and state government documents are not allowed

Dear student,
If you belong to obc ncl category then you must have it's valid certificate obtained from central government. In the jee counseling you are required to produce your latest caste certificate obtained on 1st april 2020 or after that. The old caste certificate will not be considered as valid.
Here are the list of documents that you must carry along with you to the reporting centre after seat allotment in jossa counseling :-

- Proof of Fee Payment by e-challan or Internet Banking of SBI for Seat Acceptance (Rs. 15, 000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs. 35,000 for others)
- JEE Main 2020 Score Card and confirmation page.
- JEE Main 2020 Admit Card
- 10th Standard Mark Sheet and admit card
- Date of Birth Proof (birth certificate)
- 12th Standard (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate along with class 12th admit card.
- Photo Identity Card like aadhar card or pan card,etc.
- Medical Certificate
- Latest Category Certificate (as you belong to obc caste)
- Domicile certificate
- OCI Certificate or PIO Card (if applicable)
- Print out of Filled Choices for Seat Allotment.
For IITs
- Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- Two to three Passport Size Photographs identical to the one uploaded during JEE Advanced 2020 registration
- Undertaking by the Candidate
- Proof of Seat Acceptance Fee Payment by e-challan or net banking of SBI (Rs. 15, 000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs. 35,000 for others)
- Valid Photo Identity Card like aadhar or pan card.
- JEE Advanced 2020 Admit Card, confirmation page and rank card.
- Date of Birth Proof (10th Standard Mark Sheet)
- Class 10th and 12th admit card
- 12th Standard (or equivalent) Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate
- Medical Certificate
- Domicile certificate
- Latest Category Certificate (as you belong to obc ncl caste)
- OCI Certificate (if applicable)
- PIO Card (if applicable)
- DS Certificate (if applicable)
- Registration cum Locked Choices for Seat Allotment.

My category rank is 111, I have a central OBC NCL certificate from district authorities via national e governance portal but it is slightly different from josaa format. Is it valid ?
I belong to jammu and kashmir and got NIT SRINAGAR I have a RBA(RESERVED BACKWARD AREA CERTIFICATE) VALID FOR 5 YEAR .Now at Thesil office they are not willing to make a latest Rba certificate as it is in under validity period. so How can I show a latest Rba certificate at josaa. I think Rba comes under OBC ncl but I belong to jammu and kashmir.
