my category is obc(ncl) so admission in engineering college in done through obc rank or crl rank

The admissions in engineering colleges are done through the All india Rank.you can get admission in government college in the basis of your all india rank. There is no role of your category rank. It is only calculated to show your category rank all over the India. But your admissions are done only through your all India rank only.

Hii Aman,
In any Engineering college,admission is taken through both crl rank as well as category rank.
cutoff of both are different.
