Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in Government College with the given score under 85% state quota. You need to score above 530 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in Government College under Government Quota. However, you do have chances to get seat in Private colleges under Government Quota based on the previous year cut off for ST category
Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
