my category rank 36654obc and crl rank is 121097so Jossa used which rank if I apply for open category

Hello student,
When you apply for counselling, you will get to enter and check your details. So, if you mention your category there as OBC then your OBC rank is considered and the seat will be allotted based on your reservation rank only. You don't have to apply for open category as you have to apply your caste certificate during verification
