With this score and rank, it is very difficult to get seat in any government college.
As to get seat in government college you must score 600+ to be at safer side.
Cut is very high this year as top score is 720
It is difficult to predict the seat.
For MBBS and BDS there is very less chances
However you can go for BAMS, BHMS you may get seat in private college for these courses.
Although cut off for that is also high but as you belong to OBC category you may get seat by observing previous year's data.
Cut off varies every year depending upon no of candidates appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, last year's trends.
