my category rank is 31286 can i get admsission inti dtu (any branch). as there is 10% reservation in dtu for sc/st can that help me. i am an outsider (not from delhi region). if not dtu than which govt.college can give me admission? and i have qualifed for jee advanced

1. Delhi Technological University (DTU)    4 year B.Tech

2. Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women (IGDTUW)    4-year B.Tech and 4 years B.Arch

3. Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology Delhi (IIT-D)    4 and 5 years B.Tech

4. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT)    4 years B.E

however based on 2019 4th round closing rank you have decent chances for dtu in BT, COE, EE, ECE steams , follow the link to know in details,
