According ot the category rank you have mentioned in the question it is little bit difficult or even not possible to get any of the NITs or IIITs. To become eligible for JEE-Advance you should have your percentile more than or equal to the cut-off percentile of your category and in your case as you belongs to EWS category so if you have your percentile equal to or more than 70.2435518 then you are eligible for JEE-Advance.
