No you are not eligible to appear for BITSAT 2018 even if you are from sc category(you will be treated as general one).Below is the eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2018:

• Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent examination (from any state or central board of school education)

• They should have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology.

• Apart from the 75% aggregate marks, they should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.

According to the percentage criteria for BITSAT, candidate must have obtained minimum 75% in PCB/PCM group. Also, candidates must have obtained 65% marks individually in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics subjects. Hope you are eligible.
