My CET b.ed rnk is 1186. If I freeze the seat in 1st round and pay fees but withdraw later will I be able to participate in 2nd n 3rd round?

Hope you are doing well.The answer for your query is no as per the brochure.But if new collges are preferred in2 nd and 3 rd rounds you can.Usually fresh option entry will be allowed during extended rounds.
