Hi Aspirant,
The scenario that you are mentioning could be there in few situations. You would have already filled out the form but forgot or there is some glitch on website. Now since you have mentioned Trivandrum in the tags, I assume you are talking about Kerala CET i.e., Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) Entrance exam. KEAM has already ended the registration date on June 24 and ended application date on 26 July.
