My cet rank 73000 and my veterinary rank is 65117 can I get veterinary if not can I get into to cs engineering

As I can see your CET rank is 73000 and veterinary rank is 65117, with these ranks you do not having a single chance to get admission in either veterinary or in CS engineering. These marks are not enough to get admission there. You must have less rank to get admission there. Try for another college.
