My CET rank is 776.can I get a mech at rv. If not which is best for mech among pes, Ramaiah??

The last year cutoff for RV College of Engineering for Mechanical Branch is 830 for General and 3700 for HKR. Your rank falls within the range, therefore, you should get admission.
