Maximum cutoff for other state + general category after 3 round of counseling was around 2000 last year,
So there are almost no. Chance for you to get admission in any college of IPU.

Don't worry your CET rank is good and according to last year cut-off your rank is good enough for getting admission in vipc for bjmc.
