In College of Engineering Pune, admission is based on the merit ranking of MHT CET score. As, you have got rank in lakhs, it is difficult for you to get a seat here, in any of the stream, because previous years cutoff shows that in round 4 for all category students, maximum, cutoff goes upto is, 23,000.

So, you have to try to take direct admission, in other college.
