My cg pet overall rank is 5200. Is I am eligible to take admission in gec jagdalpur from civil either mechanical branch..?

Last year closing rank in Round 3 in CGPET in Mechanical Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur was 1404 and that in Civil Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur was 2125. So you have very low chance to get either Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering at GEC Jagdalpur.
