Hi, your CGPA is excellent also you have enough experience. GRE scores are what they prefer and those are in the range too. Yes, there is a good chance for you to get into Johns Hopkins for your masters. Keep all your documents ready and get the transcriptions done too. Take your time to brush up your documents like LOR and SOP. Hope this helps.
