My CGPA is 8.43 in Btech and my IELTS overall score is 6.5 which top universities can I get admission in?

Your CGPA and IELTS score alone won't guarantee your admission in colleges abroad. You need to have good extra curriculars in your profile, SOPs, Letter of recommendations, all these transcripts also have a good value in giving out admission to students no matter what their score is.
