my character certificate has expired2016 and im a dropper from2016 my school said they can not renew it

hello,
there is no need of it for admission. For admission, your score/percentage and other documents like residential certificate, income certificate or categorical certificate, NCC certificate are required.
There is no need of Character certificate for admission. There is no requirement or rule for admission in any college.
