I am sorry to say no,  you are  not eligible due to your 12th percentage. the minimum %  for ipu btech is 55% .  but yes your rank is good and if your % is greater the 55%  then you have the tendency to take MAIT collage  with cse breach  this is only due your reservation (sc)
