To be eligible for DU JAT, one requires to fulfill some criteria's. The academic qualification requires a candidate to have passed their senior secondary examination from a recognised board. If you belong from the general category, then you must have scored atleast 60% marks in four subjects which are maths, English and any two elective subjects. If you belong from SC/ST/ PWD/CW then the required marks are a minimum of 55%. If you're from OBC, non-creamy layer then you must have scored 54%. So, according to the category you belong to you can know whether you are eligible for the exam or not.
