My Clat 18 rank is 16742 and SC Rank is 501 can I get NUSRL Ranchi with Jharkhand domicile....???

Hello Himanshu,
With your 16742 genral rank and 501 SC rank with Jharkhand domicile it seems impossible because cutoff rank for last year was around 11000, with the opening rank of around 9000 and that of closing around 11500.
