My clat 2020 rank is 4999 from outside delhi, can I get ballb in vips in general category

I would like to tell you that as the cut off for BA LLB programme in Vivekanand Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS) went up to 3753 in the last cut off before sliding round for General Outside Delhi category, the chances of getting admission in BA LLB in VIPS at 4999 rank may be slim.
