my clat rank is 9162. I am domicile of Bihar and my obc rank is 1048. What are my chances of getting nlu?

As per your query, i want you to know that only some NLUs in India offer domicile for OBC category.
However, for NLU in Patna ie, CNLU Patna, it does not offer domicile/reservation for OBC Category. Also under general category having state quota, you can expect your shortlisting but chances are quite low as your rank is little high.
