My CLAT score is 139, general category. Kindly advise which college can I get?

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 50-300. If you fall in general category then you have good chances of getting into NLUs like WB NUJS Kolkata, RMLNLU Lucknow, RGNUL Patiala, CNLU Patna and other NLUs. Apart from that you can check out other great colleges like Amity law school. They have a great academics and more than 65 alumni from this college are currently working with the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High court. So you can have a great career ahead.

Is it possible that my CLAT rank can be calculated wrongly? Please advise in that case, whom should I approach?

That generally doesn't happen but in case you feel that you can give a call to the help desk number provided by CLAT or the exam conducting NLU.
