My cml rank is 550 and bc2 rank is 103 i didn't get Bit sindri??can you tell me upgradation is allowed to those who got alloted already?

Hello Niraj,
If you didn't get the college it means you did not qualify the cutoff the college. Upgradation can happen in the next list if the cutoff gets a bit lower and your rank comes in the cutoff. Or you can get the college if there are vacant seats after the completion of counseling that will be the spot round. Migration might also be an option but for that, you need to talk to the college officials.
