As you know the cutoff's for this this year has not been released yet but if you consider last or last to last year cutoff's then the chances for NIFT Delhi and Mumbai are gone(0%), the rank closed at 45 for general and 130 for Mumbai.
Other than these two you can get in almost all NIFT's like Hyderabad, Kolkata(Consider it as 50-50), Gandhinagar etc.
