my college management given custodian certificates.but they didnt gave tc.please tell me?

They have clearly mentioned in their guidelines about the requirement of Transfer Certificate for successful document verification. So, you try to ask your college authorities for the same. In case, you do not get it somehow, you would need to explain your genuine reason to the official present during verification.
