COMEDK is a national level ebtrance examination for taking admission in various colleges of Karnataka.

With your above mentioned rank, it'll be quite tough for you to get CSE in any of the above mentioned three colleges but you'll get ECE in BMS for sure.

But, I'll suggest you to wait till the final rounds of counselling as it may get you a seat in CSE in BMS.
