my comed k rank is 3085 and in the mock allotment i got NIE,mysore which is my 15 preference,which colleges i can get in 2nd round???

In 2nd round counselling you will get good options than NIE like PESIT,DSCE,SMVIT,BIT and some branches of MS RAMAIH,BMSCE ...because too many seats are left vaccant after 1st round counselling...best of luck!!..
