Hope you are doing well. You can get a seat in bms Institute Of Technology and Management and in also Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering with this rank, but not for the branches like CSE or ECE or IT. In BMS Institute Of Technology, you can get either Civil or Telecommunication Engineering, whereas you have more opportunities in Dayanand Sagar for branches like Civil, Mechanical, Telecommunication, Automation, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering and so on. These observations are based on Previous year cutoff ranks after second round of seat allotment. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
