Hey buddy.
Your rank as mentioned is 16k and your category is OBC. Generally, 30% of seats in DAYANAND SAGAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING(DSCE) are filled through COMED-K exam.
At this rank, you might not get your desired branch but those likely to have more chances are for BE course at VTU:
These data mentioned above are based on previous year trends. you can check out more info about cutoffs for DSCE, BANGALORE here: https://www.careers360.com/colleges/dayananda-sagar-college-of-engineering-bangalore/cut-off
Thanks.
Hello Aspirant,
First of all there is no any home state advantage in COMEDK counselling but special reservation is provided to the candidates belonging to Hyderabad-Karnataka region i.e. known as HKR.
According to the COMEDK 2022 rank mentioned by you in the question :-
You have less chances to get seat in Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore for CSE branch as last year the closing rank under GM was around 2800 for CSE branch so with 3100 rank under GM you have only some chances to get the CSE branch in it. But you have good chances to get ECE branch in it.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and if you are seeking for exact prediction of colleges that you can get then it is quite difficult to make any accurate prediction of your admission chances for any particular college or any specific branch because the cut-off keep on varying every year depending upon various factors such as :-
number of candidates appeared in COMEDK 2022, difficulty level of the paper, top score for COMEDK 2022, total number of seats available for admission and some other factors.......
However you can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-

You can also use COMEDK College Predictor for more accurate predictions :-

Good Luck!!
