Your rank is quite good but it's still would be pretty diifcult for you to get CSE in NMIT,Bangalore. It all comes down to the result of the other candidiates and the category from which you belong. Here are some of the cutoffs from 2018:-

I am extremely sorry to say that it is not possible for you to get a seat for CSE at NMIT group of institutions with a rank of 11548. However, you can get a seat for branches like Civil and Mechanial Engineering at NMIT with that rank if you wish. There is also a chance of getting a seat in E&E if you are not from the general category.
