My comedk rank is 12314.Can I get admission at bvb hubali college for computer science branch at first round?

You have high chances, but since your rank is good,i would advice you that you should first try in good Bangalore Colleges and also SJCE and NIE Mysore(since Mysore is near to Bangalore) for CSE/ISE branch especially because of location. You will get much more exposure and internships in Bangalore(since it is IT Hub) as compared to Hubli.
