My comedk rank is 14841, which best college can I get ECE in 2nd round. I think CSE/ISE is remote chance for in top 10 college. Any direction ?

Since you haven't told your domicile so its slightly difficult to suggest. So i am assuming you are not from karanataka domicile. On that account, if you want ece then you have chance in :
1. Bangalore Institute of Technology, Bangalore
2. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore
3. Sir M Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology, Bangalore
4. BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Bangalore (you have tough chance but may be till last round you may get).
