To be honest your rank isn't so good and it will be nearly impossible for you to get CS or ECE in top colleges of COMEDK.

I am sorry to say this but you might not be able to get some top college's of comedK like RV, MSRIT etc as the cut off rank closes by 5000.
Here are certain college's which are next in the list that you can get
BNM institute of technology
Bangalore technological Institute
K.L.E Technological University
Raja Rajeswari college of engineering
RNS institute of technology
