My comedk rank is 23987.I know it is poor but are there any decent colleges that I can get from this rank.I am from Srinagar

Sorry to say but chances are less for getting admission in a good college.
You may get admission in private colleges in 3-4 councilling round but the college is not too good .
So try to take admission through other entrance exams or you may take admission in private colleges also. There are so many private colleges which are best for engineering and provide good placement .

You may get admission in last rounds of the councilling ....
So attend the councilling but take admission only after knowing the college's placement . May be by luck you may get admission in good college due to vacant seats.
