Hello, Mahindra. You can get CSE in the first round of counselling in BMS engineering college. To get RVCE, PESIT and MSRIT your comedk rank should be under 4000 (closing rank of 2018). So waiting for multiple rounds of counselling is required if you wish to get a seat in top colleges. All the best!
