As you know the cutoff's have not released yet for this year but if you consider the last or last to last year cutoff's then the closing rank was 450 (OBC) for NIFT Chennai.

So, the chances are bit high. You can put your stakes on NIFT Chennai blindly.

The authorities have not declared any cut off lists yet but according to previous years data you have high chances of getting NIFT Chennai, other than that you have high chances of getting  NIFT Mumbai, NIFT kolkata, NIFT Kannur , NIFT Kangra, NIFT bhub, NIFT Hyderabad, NIFT Chennai, NIFT patna, NIFT Jodhpur and NIFT Gandhinagar and moderate chances of getting NIFT Bangalore and low chances od getting NIFT Delhi with your category rank.
