My Common merit rank is 6300 and Category merit rank is 1468 in obc ncl. Am i eligible to get an admission for bdes in fashion communication

Basically cutoffs changes every year as it depends upon various factors. But in general we always try to take some idea from previous year cutoffs.
In your case if you consider previous year trends then i think with htis CMR it is almost impossible to get admission in Fashion Communication even in NIFT Kangra or Kannur.
Last year the closing ran was somewhere between 4220-4250.
