My Composite score for MAT feb 2019 is 537.50 and percentile is 49.01 please suggest me College for PGDM & my budget is approx 8 lack.

If you are looking in a budget of 8L, there are some colleges in Pune which you would find in this budget.
You can have a look at
Balaji Institute of Mordern Management, Tathavade
Even you can have a look at International Institute Of Management Studies, Hinjewadi(IIMS)
IIMS is a good investment on oneself if your overall scores aren't very good.

The Jaipuria Institute Of Management, Noida is a very good institute for doing MBA.
They offer varied PGDM streams. But as far as your budget is concerned the fees of the college goes upto Rs. 10L. I doubt that with the score you have you will be able to get admission into the college, but you can still give it a shot as we never know whats written in our faith. The Return on Investment from the college is good as you might get a package ranging to Rs. 6-7 L if you perform well overall in the college.
