Hope you are doing well and coming to your question as for this year trend of manipal entrance exam has changed it is taking exam of 800 and negative marking is also included there.291/800 is not bad marks it is almost 36%of total marks but getting cse from this marks is not possible.

May got ECE or civil from this marks.chances of civil is more.But  we have wait for official rank card as rank depends on difficulty level of question and no of students appeared.
