The candidate has many choices of the private colleges and he can choose anyone of them. I would rather suggest you to go for the counselling rounds and fill the choices you will be able to get the college but it would be difficult because of the law rank or marks. And also in NEET exams there is no cruteria applicable for Hryana-Karnataka reservation though you can check in the counselling rounds for you satisfaction. And other then reserved category the qualifying marks for NEET are 360 in 2019.
