My cousin sister had filled DU form but did not apply for B.A B.Ed. in DU, so is there other option to get admission in DU?

no, there is no other option.
BA B.ED in du's admission is through entrance exam conducted by delhi university.
if you have not registered for the course, you cannot take admission.
