Jee mains paper 2 is for B. Arch and there are limited seats for B. Arch in NITs and IITs.

And for general category ranks upto 15k are allowed.

So,  I am sorry to say but with this rank it's not possible to get into NITs or IITs.

Yes, you can apply for other government and private institutes which accept Jee Main Score for admissions.
