My crl in jee mains is 185000 and OBC category rank is 57826.will I get admission in gftis through jossa councelling?

The Government funded technical Institutes for Engineering is prestigious and it is not easy to get admissioninone specially if you are looking to get admission in branches like CS and  IT. There are total 3919 seats in GFTIs  with a total of 20 institutes in the list.  The number of seats for Open category is 2150 and  OBC NCL is 748.  The category wise breakup of the seats should indicate the seats offered by GFTIs for your category. The number of seats offered by each of the GFTIs  in India is different and also varies from category to category.

Thanks for your query. I am sorry there are no chances of getting into GFTIs through Josa couselling at a rank of 57000. Since accroding to the past statistics the OBC cutoff is not more than 10000. There are no chances of securing a seat in GFTIs though you can surely go for counselling that's completely upto you.

As per your CRL rank and OBC-Rank, you cannot get into any of the GFTIs through JOSAA counselling or any other medium. Most of the GFTIs close around 16000-17000 rank for OBC-NCL category. But you can surely get into your state engineering colleges or you can apply to give other colleges who conduct their own admission tests and process.
