Your rank is very low to get seat in CSAB counselling. As per your performance and category rank in JEE mains 2019 you may not get seat in any government college through the counselling of CSAB. Therefore I would suggest you to look of other good private engineering colleges with nice placement. Private colleges also offer good education and placement opportunities.

Difficult to get any good college with this acquired rank.
As you now that competition is very strong and number if seats vacant is very less.
But you may have chances in some of low ranking colleges like some north and north east nits and some gftis .
So you should go with some good state or private colleges where you can get core branches easily.
