my crl is 87746 and in 1st round i did not get pantnagar cse or it . what are the chances that i can get it in 2nd round?

Though you haven't mentioned any entrance exam name but if you have appeared for JEE MAIN, then as per Uttarakhand JEE MAIN counselling , you have less chances to get your preferred branches in GBPUAT Pantnagar as per the cut off of 2018.
